  • Cloudy Bay Beach House is tucked away on South Bruny Island, overlooking the spectacular shores of Cloudy Bay. Access is through a private gate at the end of Cloudy Bay Road, and the property is approximately one hour's drive from the Bruny Island ferry terminal. There is no mobile reception at the gate, so we strongly recommend saving your arrival instructions and gate code before travelling.

  • The house is designed for comfortable stays in every season, with an extensive chef's kitchen, underfloor heating, individual heating in every bedroom and bathroom, gas fireplace, Starlink internet, Smart TV, BBQ and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Coffee lovers are well catered for too, with espresso, pod and stovetop coffee makers. Best of all, sweeping ocean views and a private path to Cloudy Bay Beach are right outside your door.

  • Yes. Children are very welcome at Cloudy Bay Beach House. With generous living spaces, three bedrooms and direct access to the surrounding natural environment, it's a wonderful base for families wanting to experience the quieter, wilder side of Bruny Island.

  • Cloudy Bay feels wonderfully remote, and that's a big part of its appeal. Mobile reception can be limited, although the house has Starlink internet. Download or screenshot your arrival instructions and gate code before leaving an area with reception, and it's a good idea to bring the food and supplies you'll need so you can settle in and enjoy the property without unnecessary trips.
